Flybe is to add a new service from Birmingham to the French city of Deauville for summer 2015.
The regional airline will begin flying on this new route from June 22 using an 88-seat Embraer 175 aircraft.
The Birmingham-Deauville service will operate three times per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday until September 26.
Flybe will also be introducing flights from Birmingham to Biarritz and the Corsican city of Bastia for the summer.
The airline will operate on 26 routes with a total of 339 weekly flights from Birmingham during the coming summer
Birmingham has also been boosted by Turkish Airlines’ decision to increase flights between the Midlands airport and Istanbul from 10 to 12 per week from March 29.
