Finnair is planning to start a "fast route" service aimed at business travellers between Helsinki and Stockholm this summer.
The Finnish national carrier said the service would fly into Bromma Airport, near to the Swedish capital's Kista business area.
The service is due to start on August 18 and will operate twice a day on Monday to Friday and once on Sunday.
It will be in addition to the airline's 50 flights a week between Helsinki and Stockholm's main airport at Arlanda.
Petteri Kostermaa, Finnair's VP for network strategy and traffic planning, said: "The new, fast connection will best serve business passengers who travel often between Helsinki and Stockholm.
"Bromma Airport is very efficient. It's possible to check in 15 minutes before departure, which shortens the overall travel time."
