The Appeal Court hearing on the British Airways (BA) strike will continue this morning.
The High Court had ruled that the planned strike by cabin crew was illegal, as the union Unite had failed to notify its members of the ballot result.
Unite is appealing against the decision at the Court of Appeal. The hearing started yesterday afternoon, and is expected to continue this morning.
Union bosses called the High Court judge's decision "an absolute disgrace".
British Airways said it was "delighted" that Unite's strike plans have been called off, but warned it cannot return to a full flying schedule until the Court of Appeal has made a final ruling.
