This year”s Business Traveller Awards held at a glittering ceremony in London”s Hilton Park Lane Hotel, saw several innovations recognising not just established brand names, but new categories and sectors that reflect the changing business travel world.
Attended by more than 400 of the good and the great of the industry, the Awards were hosted by former BBC news journalist Kate Adie ” no stranger herself to the vagaries of world travel ” who handed out the gongs to some 46 separate winners ranging from hotels to airlines and luggage companies.
