Latvian carrier AirBaltic is adding two new European routes to its winter 2026/2027 schedule as part of a continuing capacity expansion.
The airline is introducing a new route from its base at Riga to Turin, Italy, as well as a new service from Vilnius in Lithuania to Geneva, Switzerland.
The carrier will launch Vilnius-Geneva services on 2 January 2027 with one weekly flight on Saturday, followed by Riga-Turin on 30 January 2027, which will also operate one flight weekly on Saturday. Both new routes will be operated with Airbus A220-300 aircraft.
AirBaltic’s latest additions come after it announced plans in March to introduce 12 new routes for the upcoming winter season. This includes new routes from Gran Canaria to Warsaw, Poznan, Katowice and Liege in Belgium; and new services from Tenerife to Ljubljana, Palanga, Liège and Kuusamo in Finland. These services will begin in late October.
From December, the airline will also add weekly flights from Kuusamo to Berlin, Hamburg, Manchester and London Gatwick.
