Travelodge, which claims to be the UK's fastest growing hotel chain, has opened 17 new properties in the run up to Christmas, bringing its total UK offerings up to around 280 properties
The Peterborough hotel is typical aimed at the weekday business traveller, and leisure visitor at the weekend. The manager is Matthew Greener: "We have seen tremendous growth in budget accommodation within the Peterborough area. Our new hotel is centrally located for visiting business and leisure travellers.
Local residents can also benefit by putting up family and friends at the hotel to avoid the additional stress at home. We offer a comfortable room from as little as £15 ($29.5), which is the smart choice for any type of stop-over."
Peterborough Central Travelodge will offer a choice of either family, double or disabled rooms. Each room provides a comfortable setting with en-suite bathroom, luxury king-size bed, colour TV and free tea and coffee making facilities."
The full list of locations include Ayr, Barnstaple, Birmingham Five Ways, Birmingham Maypole (city centre), Camberley, Caterham Whyteleafe, Croydon, Hatfield Central, Hereford, Kendal, Ludlow, Manchester Trafford Park, Romford Central, Sheffield (city centre), Stansted Airport (Great Dunmow) and Watford (city centre).
