Event technology start-up Naboo has unveiled a new brand identity that it said reflects its “evolution” from an event booking tool into a meetings and events procurement platform.
Naboo unveiled a new brand identity following recent expansion into the US and APAC
The Paris-headquartered company uses agentic AI to automate parts of the supplier sourcing and negotiation process for meetings and events. It recently expanded into the US and APAC after raising $70 million in Series B funding in February.
The company said it is now “scaling up”, managing more than $300 million in meetings and events spend through the platform each year. It added that its AI can negotiate quotes “instantly” and claims the technology saves clients an average of 12 per cent per event.
In an earlier interview with BTN, Naboo co-founder and CEO Maxime Eduardo said the company’s management fees are approximately 80 per cent lower than those charged by legacy M&E agencies such as Amex GBT and BCD, thanks to its automation capabilities.
“We also share our revenues with our clients because our cost base has decreased so much,” he told BTN during an April interview. “In just a year, we've increased productivity in our teams by 150 per cent thanks to AI. So, a human agent managing 100 customers can now manage 250 with the same quality of service.”
Commenting on the rebrand, Naboo’s head of brand and communications, Bryan Kulka, said: “AI now allows us to absorb much of the complexity in the background, so that our teams can devote more time to advice, support and service quality.
“This rebrand reflects exactly that ambition: bringing simplicity and control to a world still marked by fragmented spending and scattered vendors. In short, bringing order to chaos.”
