Premier Inn is set to trial a virtual concierge service on Twitter.
The budget hotel chain will have a concierge on call to answer guests' queries via the social networking site, on a number of destinations.
To ask for a recommendation, guests should type what they went to know, then end with @PremierInn#concierge
The budget hotel chain will initially launch a Friday (9am to 9pm) service, for the month of October, but if the trial is successful it may be rolled out on more days of the week.
