Dublin-based hotel group Jurys Inn will open its next UK hotel in Liverpool city centre on 18 April.
All 310 guestrooms will feature high-speed internet access, multi-channel flat screen televisions and automatic air-conditioning, and amenities for business guests include a suite of ten dedicated meeting rooms, with capacity of up to 100 guests.
There is a restaurant and bar, and a wide-screen TV will show news broadcasts at breakfast and key sporting events in the evenings.
The property will follow the Jurys Inn formula of superior budget accommodation in the heart of Liverpool, and is part of the Kings Waterfront development which incorporates the new 10,600 capacity Liverpool Echo Arena and 1,350-seater Convention Centre.
This is adjacent to the famous Albert Dock, where there are cafes, bars, nightclubs, shops and the Tate Liverpool.
