For conferences and events, the property will provide 3,286sq m of space, including a 2,486sq m ballroom, divisible by six sections, three meeting rooms of various configurations and a boardroom.
Esentai Park will also include a 14,200sq m fitness club, a 1,350sq m spa facility and a 34,900sq m shopping centre.
