Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a franchise agreement with CPH Hotel Management for the new Crown Plaza Copenhagen Towers.
The hotel is due to open in late summer 2009 and will be located in the Orestad City, close to Copenhagen International Airport.
Scandinavia”s largest shopping centre ” Fields is across the street and a new golf course is situated five minutes away.
There will be 365 guest rooms, including four suites and 39 club rooms, restaurant, bar and lounge.
IHG expects Hotel Copenhagen Towers to ”appeal to both leisure and business travellers.” With this in mind, a 3,000m (3228 sq ft) conference and events centre offers 20 meeting rooms, with the largest accommodating up to 800 delegates.
