Emirates Hotels and Resorts is to open a 59-storey luxury Marina Hotel & Residence on 1 November.
The Emirates Marina will offer 262 suites in a range of single, double and three-roomed configurations. In addition, the hotel will be in the top-ten highest buildings at 256m (839ft) in Dubai.
The hotel is located in a sought-after lifestyle and fashionable districts and is near the Dubai Media and Internet cities, as well as other business, leisure and beach facilities.
Hotel Marina”s large suites will offer luxury fittings, separate lounge/dining room areas, and in-room dining facilities from dedicated kitchens. Guests can also expect views of the Gulf, The palm islands or the Dubai Marina.
”The Emirates Marina Property is innovative, and caters to increasing guest demands of providing not just rooms, but a home environment where space and comfort is paramount,” said Emirates Hotels & Resort vice president, Tony Williams. ”We know the Emirates Marina Hotel will prove irresistible to corporate and leisure travellers.”
Williams stressed the importance of the new property as another contribution from Emirates towards realising the Dubai government”s vision of transforming the city into one of the world”s top business and tourist centres.
Emirates will also be opening Green Lakes Services Apartments due to open in early 2008. The property will provide luxury, serviced-apartment accommodation on a short and long-term basis.
