Our experts Carol Randall (Areka Consulting), Asif Bashir (independent consultant) and Paul Tilstone (Festive Road) used some of the Report's charts to identify trends and offer buyers advice about how to get value. There was also a segment on how to identify clues within charts to work out what accounts for the differences in fees among different buyers and different services.
