I N C I D E N T A L L Y: TUI”s company but three”s a crowd
Reuters News Agency reports that a German couple is demanding $4000 from their tour operator after being disturbed by a maid whilst engaged in marital activities in their hotel room. The husband and wife are suing TUI in the district court of Hanover after being disturbed twice by the maid whilst ”enjoying life”, despite there being a ”do not disturb' sign on the door. TUI is defending the case and has said that the couple”s claim is clearly ”ridiculous” and merely amounts to an inconvenience! Over to the Judges.
