A London hotel has come up with a jolly wheeze to get its guests to their meetings quickly ” the Kipshaw.
To celebrate the budget chain”s new hotel opening on the City Road, Travelodge is offering plucky guests a free ride in what appears to be a rickshaw equipped with a single bed.
Anyone who”s taken their chances on the City Road will testify that Lewis Hamilton would have a job negotiating it safely, in between random despatch riders, rogue bikes and buses seemingly intent on mowing down anything in their path.
That doesn”t seem to have put off the happy couple in our picture however, who, single bed or no, are merrily weaving between one of those very same City Road buses. Quite what state they would arrive in after a white-knuckle ride in the Kipshaw is anyone”s guess, but if they can survive that, perhaps any business deal is possible?
