ASSOCIATION OF BRITISH TRAVEL AGENTS (ABTA) chief executive Ian Reynolds is to retire in September after 11 years at the helm. His resignation comes after a terrible 2004 that saw the former ABTA legal chief charged with a ”1m fraud of the association and the past president”s travel company collapse. ABTA was also criticised for its poor content at the Orlando Convention in November.
