A growing number of companies are satisfied with the Covid hygiene protocols and safety regimes introduced by suppliers, according to a new survey.
The German Business Travel Association VDR’s biweekly survey of members found that more than half of buyers (52 per cent) said that service and hygiene concepts in the hotel industry were satisfactory, compared with 37 per cent back in November.
It also found that 44.2 per cent of buyers say that the service and hygiene concepts currently offered by airlines are satisfactory, up from 32.1 per cent when asked the same question in November.
A growing number are also happy with the offering from Deutsche Bahn, with 54 per cent now saying it is satisfactory, up from from 44.4 per cent in November.
