Business travel data intelligence specialist PredictX has launched a new multi-agent AI platform to handle complex projects and tasks for travel managers, the company announced.
The platform, Orchestra, is built on PredictX's Cogent workspace and consists of "coordinated teams of specialist AI agents that can investigate, analyse and execute complex business projects from start to finish, with as much or little human supervision as needed," PredictX CEO Keesup Choe said in a statement.
The agents can handle projects in air and hotel sourcing, programme performance and financial planning and analysis, according to the company.
Orchestra users can define to the platform their goals, and the platform can research and work with the user to build a detailed plan to achieve them, PredictX said. The agents then can do the work while users can review it before it issues final reports, which are formatted and able to be exported as PowerPoint, Word and PDF files that can be shared with other stakeholders.
In addition, the platform has pre-configured projects for comment challenges such as analysing air markets, negotiating with suppliers and optimising policies, so that users do not need "to become AI prompt experts while ensuring investigations follow proven analytical workflows," according to PredictX. It also can automatically perform recurring investigations and reporting with fresh programme data.
"Corporate travel teams are traditionally under-resourced and stretched with tactical work," according to Choe. "Our clients complain that they don’t have enough time and resources for strategic work like programme transformation. Orchestra fixes this and empowers travel teams to realise verifiable and near-instant ROI through AI."
PredictX said it currently is deploying Orchestra across its launch customers for the platform.
