Travel data analyst PredictX has introduced a new AI-powered alert creation process for “enhanced” travel data monitoring.
The new functionality, known as ‘Revere’, allows users to create “highly granular and configurable” data-driven alerts that identify specific aspects of a travel programme. These alerts can address operational, wellbeing or risk-related considerations, according to PredictX.
The feature connects the company's Cogent AI agents with its Alerting Module, enabling continuous monitoring of travel and expense data. When an alert is set, the AI agent will notify the travel manager if the specified activity occurs.
“Revere enables travel managers to move away from manually checking dashboards for relevant information. They can simply state in natural language whatever aspect of their data they would like to monitor, and our team of AI agents will handle the rest,” said PredictX CEO Keesup Chloe.
“The idea is to free people’s time and allow them to do what’s called ‘management by exception’, so you’re not pouring over reports and dashboards only to figure out that everything’s fine [with your travel programme]. If Revere doesn’t alert you, then everything is fine, and this allows travel managers to focus on engagement with stakeholders, travellers and suppliers,” Chloe added.
Alerts can be created using natural language – both chat-based and verbal – and, if necessary, the AI agent will ask additional questions to clarify the alert. Revere will also suggest alerts for similar issues “like Netflix”, and can be configured to trigger a secondary action, such as sending an email to an internal compliance department or to a TMC partner.
Announced at the GBTA Europe Conference in Hamburg on Tuesday (11 November), Revere is currently being piloted among a handful of PredictX clients, ahead of a full rollout planned for the first quarter of 2026.
