Clients of Germany’s Derpart Travel
Service (DTS), which specialises in small to medium-sized companies, will now be provided automatically with personalised real-time travel risk information, including quarantine
obligations and travel alerts, through its long-term partnership with risk management company
A3M.
When a booking is made, it is automatically forwarded
to A3M’s Destination Manager and relevant, updated links are added to DTS’s Reiseplan
itinerary and these are personalised according to the needs of the individual
corporate client.
The new system handles multi-stops and transit
connections and the information for each leg is available to the traveller until
the end of the trip.
The information can also be accessed via the
company’s DTS Mobility Manager app.
“This expansion of the DTS Automation was
successfully implemented with our technology partners within a very short
period of time and offers valuable support to our corporate customers. It meets
the safety needs of business travellers in these challenging times and can be offered
efficiently by DTS partners,” said Hans-Jürgen Gutleben, head of business travel/DTS
at Derpart.
