CWT has added a recommendation
engine powered by AI to its RoomIt hotel platform.
Intelligent Display, which can be integrated into selected online
booking tools, uses machine learning to promote contextually relevant and
policy-compliant hotels and rates to travellers. The engine also helps maintain
consistency of content between channels, ensuring that travellers and travel
counsellors have the same information.
Intelligent Display also provides clients access to in-depth data
evaluation and reporting missed and realised savings analysis.
