Workflow automation platform Lokulus has launched Pulse, an AI consultancy aimed at helping its clients, primarily travel management companies, implement AI-powered tools.
The advisory service is designed to be technology agnostic and “combines strategic advice with practical implementation expertise”, according to the company.
Pulse offers AI briefings, maturity assessments, support with identifying and implementing tools, and ongoing advice to help organisations “develop a clear, practical plan for delivering value”, the company said.
Lokulus CEO Alister Harris said: “We’ve created Pulse to help businesses identify where AI can make a genuine difference and give them the practical expertise to make it happen. AI impact isn’t just about choosing the latest tools. It requires the right strategy, processes, people and governance. Sometimes the most valuable advice is knowing what not to do.”
The UK-based company, which works with TMC network Advantage Travel Partnership and Benelux-based TMC Munckhof Travel, said TMCs “face real challenges” around efficiency and service delivery. AI can help address these, it added, “but only when applied to the right problems”.
