Take2Eton Group has appointed Kelly O’Sullivan to the newly created role of group head of technology, while the company’s operations manager Leann Forrest has been promoted to global head of operations.
The appointments come just weeks after the UK and US-based travel management company announced that industry veteran Julie Oliver will take the helm as the TMC’s new CEO from 3 August.
O’Sullivan joins the company with 25 years’ experience in business travel, most recently serving as global product and support manager at Wings Travel Management. Previous roles include group product manager at Reed & Mackay, head of technical operations at ATG UK and operations manager at Wexas Travel Management, which was acquired by Good Travel Management in 2023. The latter rebranded to Good Business Travel earlier this year.
In her new role at Take2Eton, O’Sullivan will oversee the TMC’s IT department as well as teams in its business intelligence, product team, and technology implementation divisions to ensure “the effective integration of systems, processes and workflows”. This includes the introduction of AI-driven developments, according to the company.
Forrest, meanwhile, will oversee business travel consultants on both sides of the Atlantic as well as the out-of-hours team and UK-based leisure travel consultants. She joined Eton Travel Group in 2003 as a travel consultant and advanced to senior roles, including operations manager – a position she kept after Eton was acquired by Take Two Travel Solutions in 2022, which became Take2Eton Group in 2024.
Commenting on the appointments, Take2Eton founder and chairman Chris Thelen said: “This is a very exciting time for the business as we continue our growth trajectory and invest further in technology, AI and our people. Both Kelly and Leann bring exceptional experience and expertise in their respective fields, and their leadership will further strengthen the premium travel management services we deliver to our clients.”
Take2Eton is the 19th largest TMC in the UK, according to BTN Europe’s recently released Leading TMCs 2026 report.
