European business travel association network BT4Europe has appointed Goodwings founder and CEO Christian Møller-Holst to lead its sustainability working group, taking the reins from Angela Lille of the Austrian Business Travel Association (ABTA).
The non-profit group, founded in 2022 by 13 national business travel associations, has since advocated for the decarbonisation of business travel across Europe. Following years of campaigning for standardised emissions data, the group in November 2025 welcomed the EU’s decision to move forward with its CountEmissionsEU regulation.
BT4Europe said in a LinkedIn post that Denmark-based Møller-Holst brings “a strong entrepreneurial mindset” to the role and that his appointment “comes at an important time for our industry”.
Goodwings, a climate-focused travel management platform, uses booking revenue to reduce clients’ Scope 3 travel emissions through purchases of sustainable aviation fuel and carbon offsets. It also provides emissions calculations and data for ESG reporting.
“We look forward to working with Christian and our members to advance BT4Europe’s sustainability priorities and help shape a more sustainable future for business travel,” the group said.
Møller-Holst added: “I don’t believe we will travel less, and nothing suggests we will. That’s why we need to focus on the solutions that can make travel greener in the near future, not in 30 years. No company can do that alone, and I look forward to working with BT4Europe’s members to move from ambition to action.”
