Rebecca Welsch
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has recruited Rebecca Welsch for the newly created role of global head of growth marketing as the company looks to “accelerate” its five-year growth plan.
The Australia-based TMC said Welsch’s appointment was a “strategic move” that would help it to “deepen” customer engagement and expand in key global markets.
Welsch most recently led global product marketing at tech firm Phocas Software and previously worked for accommodation specialist HRS Group.
“In a fast-evolving market, CTM has a powerful story to tell,” said Welsch, who is based in Sydney. “My goal is to shine a light on what makes CTM truly unique and help businesses make more confident, informed decisions when it comes to their corporate travel partner.
“Marketing will play a critical role in aligning closely with the business to drive growth, deepening our connection with customers and positioning CTM as a thought leader in corporate travel.”
CTM was ranked as the seventh largest TMC in Europe in the list of Europe’s Leading TMCs 2025 and also took second place in the UK behind American Express Global Business Travel.
Darren Toohey, CTM’s chief sales and customer officer, added: “Rebecca’s appointment marks a key step in ensuring our strategic growth plans are driven by meaningful customer connection.
“As we continue to expand our global customer footprint, it’s essential that our marketing reflects what matters most to our customers, whether that’s local relevance, insightful thought leadership or a more intuitive brand experience.”
