Travel management company Clarity has introduced a tool to help clients
optimise the use of internal meeting spaces and workstations as they return to
the workplace.
The complimentary Clarity Spaces platform enables bookers to select
internal meeting rooms and desk space with assured social distancing and
enhanced cleaning standards. Search criteria also includes the number of seats
and technical facilities.
It is currently being rolled out to clients and is expected to be made
available to non-client companies later this year.
Clarity says a recent survey showed two-thirds of its clients said a
dedicated management tool would encourage them to undertake more in-office
meetings.
Paul Casement,
director of Clarity Meetings and Events, said: “The guidance around returning
to the workplace is constantly evolving, but the one aspect that hasn’t is the
need to ensure the safety of your employees.
“Companies need to
effectively use the space they have both in the short-term and the long-term to
reduce the expenditure on external space when internal space is available.”
He added: “Clarity
Spaces allows them to safely return to the office environment while ensuring strict
safety and social distancing guidelines.”
