Meetings and events enquiry management platform Wizme
has introduced a series of upgrades as part of a new release.
The new version, Wizme 3.0, is three times faster than its predecessor, has
an improved user interface, and is sufficiently robust to scale up rapidly, the
company says. The enquiry proposal process has also been simplified, venue selection has been reduced from three steps to one, and venues
are able to respond to enquiries more seamlessly.
“It's been an incredible eight months,” said
Wizme founder Nour Mouakke. “We have pulled out all the stops to launch what we... believe is the best groups booking technology in the
market. Nobody
else has the granularity we offer in the enquiry process. It’s proprietary tech
and no one else has the sort of detail we have.”
Mouakke said
the new version improves the booking journey for all users – buyers, suppliers
and agencies – and addresses the historic issue of slow, inefficient processes
and “the endless back and forth of internal and client emails and calls”.
“The market is going through a massive challenge when it comes to booking
meetings and events. Venues and TMCs are struggling to cope due to the pandemic
and staffing challenges and clients are experiencing huge delays in
getting proposals. We can help the world meet more efficiently,” said
Mouakke.
