Travel management company TripActions has launched a new Office Guides platform to help hybrid and remote workers when they need to travel to company offices.
The platform gives users a place within the TripActions app to access information about their organisation’s offices.
It also uses AI to provide information to travellers on preferred arrival airports and nearby hotels for the office they are travelling to. Administrators can fine-tune this list to recommend specific hotels through TripActions’ hotel badging tool.
The platform can also provide specific information about the office they are visiting, such as building access, conference room locations, key contacts and policies.
TripActions users have the option to switch on Office Guides for each location or limit it to the offices with the most frequent visitors.
Users can also link to existing internal web pages or other systems that already provide office information.
