Travel and expense management provider, KDS, is to open a new office in Sydney in response to requests for greater customer support in the Asia Pacific region, as well as an increase in market demand for online travel solutions.
KDS sees the Asia Pacific region as a strategic next step in its development:
”After an exhaustive market study, we have found that mid-size and larger organisations across the [Asia Pacific] region are looking to improve their expense management processes and adopt end-to-end travel and expense solutions,” said KDS executive vice president, St”phane Donders.
Sydney will be the new Asia-Pacific hub for KDS, with Emma Magnusson (pictured right) heading the operation.
With 10 years of experience in data consolidation, MIS development and business process improvement management, Magnusson has worked in regional and global executive positions for Nextfeed Australia, Rosenbluth International and Qantas Airways.
She will be in charge of managing customer support throughout the Asia Pacific region, as well as developing a distribution strategy on a national basis within Australia, from the Sydney office.
KDS online travel and expense management is a global travel technology company which addresses: travel policy definition and enforcement, online travel self-booking, automated travel expense processing, and back-end connectivity to airline, car, rail and hotel providers.
