PROGRAMME
Focus has launched a commercial partnership with Arbitrip, a leading technology-driven hotel booking platform which sources the best deals across over 1.8
million properties worldwide. This landmark agreement marked a major step in
delivering enhanced hotel content and competitive booking experiences for all
Focus TMC partners and it is the first consortia agreement for Arbitrip in the
UK. All TMCs also have access to the Global Accommodation Programme

INNOVATION OF THE YEAR
Focus
Travel Partnership enhanced its reporting capabilities this year by bringing in
data from third-party NDC sources. What can be a straightforward process for an
individual TMC is different for a consortia – Focus had to create a process in
order to complete this on behalf of all partner TMCs from multiple different
sources in multiple formats. In collaboration with its data partner Tripstax,
Focus was able to highlight common identifiers and correctly split them from
Edifact/GDS bookings. This, alongside the continuous work of the Focus
Innovation Group, ensures Focus continues to push ahead when
it comes to products and innovation for SME TMCs
