Hungarian low-cost carrier Wizzair is to launch a three times-weekly route from Luton to the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana from the end of October.
Flights will operate on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from October 30, departing Luton at 1545 and arriving into Ljubljana at 18.50, with the return leg leaving at 1920 and landing back into London at 20.35.
The carrier will compete with Slovenian national carrier Adria Airways on the route, which currently operates four times-weekly flights from Luton on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Easyjet flies daily to Ljubljana from Stansted.
