Virgin Atlantic has opened up its Upper Class airport service to all passengers – regardless of what type of ticket they have booked.
Under the new Guest List service, economy and premium economy passengers can experience benefits such as a limousine transfer to the airport, fast-track security access and entry to Virgin's Clubhouse lounges. Hold baggage will also be tagged as Upper Class.
The service, which is priced from £240 per person, is available at Heathrow and Gatwick, plus five US airports: New York JFK, Newark, Boston, Washington and San Francisco.
Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines last month unveiled a codeshare agreement on 108 routes. Delta has also completed its purchase of a 49 per cent stake in Virgin Atlantic.
