British Airways is continuing to train volunteer cabin crew, as union Unite plans its next steps.
Unite general secretaries Derek Simpson and Tony Woodley are to meet today (May 10) to discuss the union's "next moves".
The union may be planning further strike action.
The ongoing quarrel with British Airways is over pay and working conditions.
Some 81% of BA crew members voted to reject the latest deal, which BA said was "a very fair offer".
BA is continuing to train volunter staff members as cabin crew, which the airline will use to replace permanent cabin crew if there is another strike.
