US Airways has launched a codeshare agreement with fellow Oneworld member Air Berlin.
The agreement sees US Airways place its code on Air Berlin flights from Chicago, Miami and New York (JFK) to Berlin, and from Fort Myers, Florida, Los Angeles, Miami and New York JFK to Dusseldorf.
Passengers travelling with Air Berlin will now be able to book codeshare travel on US Airways flights from Frankfurt to Charlotte and Philadelphia, Zurich to Philadelphia and from Munich to Philadelphia, as well as connecting service to Chicago, LA, Miami, New York and Phoenix.
"We have been maintaining a strong relationship with American Airlines for many years already," said Stephan Nagel, senior vice president, alliances and cooperation, Air Berlin.
“This relationship will add significant value for both our customers by offering even more travel opportunities."
