Scandinavian carrier SAS has launched seat reservations on short haul flights between Scandinavia and Europe.
Previously only available on long haul routes travellers booking an SAS ‘Go ticket’ can pay a fee to reserve a seat at the same time.
“At SAS we continue to update and further develop our products and services to give our customers greater freedom of choice and simpler travel,” said SAS VP of product management and development, Snorre Andresen.
“Many people have preferences when it comes to where they wish to sit, and now they have an even better chance of getting the seat they prefer.”
SAS Go ticket holders can pre-book their seat for €12 per flight.
