The flight will depart from Perth at 2330 local time and arrive in Doha at 0550. The return flight departs from Doha at 0200 and arrives in Perth at 1755 local time.
Qatar Airways group CEO Akbar Al Baker, said: “Qatar Airways was very pleased to be able to expand our operations in Australia by adding Perth to our network of destinations just two years ago.
“It has proven to be a very sound move as we have had great success with the route. And now, just two years later, we are already increasing our capacity to meet the needs of our Australian passengers who are extremely keen and avid travellers, with a great sense of adventure,” he said.
The route was first launched in July 2012 becoming the second Australian destination for the airline after Melbourne which was launched in 2009.
