Qatar Airways has confirmed that it will launch Dreamliner flights between Doha and Heathrow from December 13.
The B787 aircraft will operate on flight QR075 departing Doha at 06.25, landing into Heathrow at 11,05, with the return leg QR076 leaving Heathrow at 15.05 and arriving back into Doha at 00.45 the following day.
The carrier took delivery of its first Dreamliner earlier this month, featuring a brand new fully-flat business class product.
This aircraft – along with a second B787 delivered this weekend - have been operating on four daily rotations between Doha and Dubai, but will be rostered on to the key London route from mid-December.
Qatar Airways has a total of 60 Dreamliners on order, with delivered aircraft featuring wifi internet access, touchscreen Android IFE systems, and a two-class configuration with a 1-2-1 layout in business and 3-3-3 in economy.
