Members of Qatar Airways’ frequent flyer programme can now earn points when hiring a car through Avis Car Rental.
As part of the new multi-year partnership, Privilege Club members can earn between 500 Qmiles and 800 Qmiles for every rental booked.
The points can be redeemed for flights, upgrades and excess baggage on Qatar Airways and complimentary flights through other Oneworld airline members.
Qmiles earned will be dependent on the customer’s Avis membership tier level.
The airline said Privilege Club members can also earn quadruple Qmiles on rentals taken between March 11 – June 30 in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
