Holiday Taxis has relaunched its corporate division Business Taxis with a new website.
Chris Oakes, Business Taxis’ general manager, said the company had made a “significant investment” in a new online booking tool as part of the revamp.
“We have revamped the Business Taxis website and restructured our offline support team,” he said. “It was all about asking our corporate partners to tell us exactly what they wanted.”
The new booking tool gives users the ability to make cancellations or amendments to bookings, while the overall user experience has been “streamlined to deliver quicker results”, added Oakes.
Business Taxis offers a centralised billing system, which includes the ability to pay fares in advance.
