From May 27, Flybe will start offering flights between sister airports Manchester and Bournemouth. The flights will run every day except Saturdays.
On weekdays, the flight will depart Manchester at 1040, arriving into Bournemouth at 1140. The return flight departs Bournemouth at 1205, arriving Manchester at 1305.
On Sundays, Flybe will depart Manchester at 1015, arriving into Bournemouth at 1115. The return flight will depart Bournemouth at 1140 and arrive into Manchester at 1240.
Bournemouth airport is owned and operated by Manchester Airports Group (MAG), which also runs Manchester, East Midlands and Humberside airports. Combined they serve a total of almost 28 million passengers every year.
Rob Goldsmith, managing director at Bournemouth Airport, said Manchester is one of the most requested destinations by travellers: "At a time when the economy is still struggling we are delighted to welcome Flybe as a new airline at Bournemouth Airport... I know that business and leisure travellers alike will be keen to take advantage of this direct link to the north."
