Ethiopian Airlines has taken delivery of its eighth B787 Dreamliner and will add the aircraft onto its Addis Ababa to London Heathrow route from tomorrow.
The carrier, which was one of the first in the world outside of Japan to receive the aircraft, took delivery of its last Dreamliner in May.
"The 787 is truly without peers in its category both in passenger comfort and operational excellence,” said Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Tewolde Gebremariam.
“As technology leaders in the continent, we will continue to introduce the latest technology aircraft with the aim of meeting the high expectations of our valued customers.”
Ethiopian is a global Pan-African carrier currently serving 82 international destinations across 5 continents.
