Nigerian carrier Arik Air will stop serving its London-Abuja route from the end of October.
The carrier has confirmed it will drop flights between London Heathrow and Abuja from October 29.
After this date Arik Air’s website is showing connection possibilities from its existing London-Lagos service onto Abuja.
The only carrier left offering non-stop flights between the two cities will be British Airways.
British Airways currently flies daily to the Nigerian capital from Heathrow, while BA, Virgin and Arik Air all serve the Nigerian port city of Lagos from London.
