Tiara Hotels & Resorts is the new luxury hotel concept from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with two hotels currently under construction in Dubai. A subsidiary company of Dubai-based Zabeel Investments, Tiara plans to operate properties in key cities throughout the UAE and worldwide.
First to open will be Tiara Palm Jumeirah, a hotel with approximately 390 rooms located within Zabeel”s AED 2.1bn ($572m) residential complex, Tiara Residence (pictured below). The property is set for completion in summer 2008.
The second development forms part of the Tiara United Towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai (pictured above), due to open in late 2009. Specifically designed with the business traveller in mind, the 60-storey towers will comprise commercial and hotel facilities, along with one of the city”s largest convention centres and 80 residential apartments.
In keeping with the current trend of individual-style hotel chains, Tiara promises its guests a unique and cutting-edge stay, with CEO Danny Haddad waxing lyrically: ”Tiara Hotels & Resorts will provide a sculptural landscape for visionary travellers.”
”The next generation of travellers is moving away from the traditional sense of luxury; they want a deeper relationship with their brands and hotels.”
