IHG is planning its fifth Staybridge Suites property in Colorado - its fourth in Denver - close to the city”s international airport.
Scheduled to open this summer, the $17m new-build property is part of a franchise owned by Today”s V, Inc and will be managed by Providence Hospitality Partners under a license agreement with IHG.
Aimed at travellers visiting the area for business and staying for extended periods, the hotel will offer 150 suites ” all with large screen TVs - across six floors.
There will be a meeting room with 350 sq ft (32 sq m) of space which seats 12 people, a 24hr business centre with PC work stations and free wireless internet access throughout the hotel, as well as an indoor pool and a library.
Complimentary amenities and services include ”evening sundowner” reception three days a week, 24hr laundry and fitness centre.
Companies close by to the Staybridge Suites include United Airlines and low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines.
Two further Staybridge properties are scheduled to open - Denver-Stapleton next summer, and Fort Collins in early 2009.
