Starwood Hotels has launched a benefit programme that it claims will simplify travel management and deliver benefits and services to buyers.
The new programme gives travel buyers the opportunity to earn up to 7 per cent discounts on room nights, and make it easier to manage corporate travel with online tracking tools, sales and service specialists and online support.
As room nights accumulate, buyers will be able to gift Starwood Preferred Guest elite status to their colleagues. All employees of registered accounts will receive Corporate Preferred Status which includes an award of two Starpoints for every eligible US dollar spent at participating hotels
“Starwood’s new programme makes corporate travel management a seamless, personalised and rewarding experience and we are confident it will be well received by travel managers,” said Jonathan Kaplan, director, new business development and prospecting, Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
“We are delighted to offer our customers improved travel tracking and management tools which provide the perfect platform for accounts to grow.”
The programme will be available from October 2014.
