Serviced apartment booking agency Prestige Apartments is teaming up with London-based provider The Apartments in a new partnership.
Prestige will take over the management and bookings of The Apartments, which has more than 40 apartments in the Chelsea and Marylebone areas of central London.
The deal increases Prestige’s portfolio of apartments in London to more than 60 – the company already operates 20 managed apartments in the City of London.
Alex Wood, managing director of Prestige Apartments, said: “At Prestige we’ve always focused on the customer experience as both agent and provider and we’re very excited to join forces with The Apartments which mirrors our ethos so strongly.
“The merger will provide both companies with the opportunity to further improve the quality of their managed apartments offering and provide their current clients with even higher standards of service with more focused sales and management teams.”
Following the merger, which will take effect from September 1, The Apartments will be rebranded as The Apartments at Prestige.
