The cost of renting a serviced apartment in the capital rose to an average £1,238 a week in the third quarter of the year, latest figures reveal.
The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) said the quarter was the year’s best performing, with prices increasing from an average £1,166 in the preceding three months, a 6 per cent increase. The average outside London was £646, up 5 per cent.
ASAP said the figures “prove continuing strong demand across the UK and Ireland”.
ASAP holds its annual conference and exhibition on December 4 in London, where 25 suppliers are due to exhibit.
