Serviced apartment operator SACO is launching its first location in continental Europe with the opening of an aparthotel in Amsterdam.
SACO, which currently has apartments across the UK, is to open the 115-apartment Wittenberg in the Dutch city in November.
Stephen Hanton, CEO of SACO, said: “The launch of the Wittenberg marks a new chapter for SACO as we continue our impressive pace of growth in recent years, but now do so in new markets. Amsterdam is a strategically important location, and that is why we chose it as our first location in mainland Europe.
“We wanted to set the bar high with our first property outside the UK. By combining our 20 years of expertise and with an incredible location and property, we believe the Wittenberg will be a true home for many business and leisure travellers in the years ahead.”
The Amsterdam property will offer a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with views over a canal, courtyard or garden.
SACO is also to continue expansion within the UK and Ireland with new openings planned for Manchester, Dublin and Cambridge.
