Nadler Hotels is planning open its third London property later this year.
The 73-room Nadler Victoria will be located off Palace Street overlooking Buckingham Palace Road and the Royal Mews in central London.
Construction is currently underway on Palace Street with works being carried out by Blenheim House. The company has previously overseen the building of Nadler hotels in Soho and Liverpool.
Blenheim House said in a statement: “The rear wing on Palace Place will be converted to provide a fully fitted-out 73-bedroom hotel from the lower ground to fifth floor level, for the boutique hotel provider The Nadler.
“Externally, the existing facades will be refurbished with the installation of some replacement windows and doors. New window openings will be created to the west and north courtyard elevations, and at fifth floor level to Palace Place.
Nadler already has two properties in London in Kensington and Soho, as well as a hotel in Liverpool.
