Marriott International has opened its seventh property in Istanbul taking its total to 11 in Turkey.
The Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli is situated within a 34-story building on the European side of the city and between the business districts of Levent and Taksim.
“We are delighted to open this magnificent hotel in Istanbul and build on our strong portfolio in Turkey,” said Amy McPherson, president and managing director for Marriott International in Europe.
“Over the past few years we have seen robust growth in Turkey where 6 of our 11 hotel brands in Europe are represented, demonstrating the growing strength of our portfolio of brands.”
The 259-room hotel offers check-in through smartphone and Marriott’s ‘Red Coat Direct’ meetings experience – a digital concierge that allows meetings organisers to edit requests and customise their event.
The hotel also has a health club, which includes a spa, swimming pool, tennis court, Turkish bath and treatment room.
Rates at the Marriott Sisli start from €169.
